Your waitlist entry captures your preferred region, travel window, party size, and unit type. You're not charged anything and there's no obligation — this is pure demand capture.
Request to book when a week opens
Once live inventory exists, you'll receive a notification with the week details and pricing. Submit a booking request directly to the owner through MangoGroove's secure platform.
Owners have 48 hours to accept or decline. If accepted, you proceed to payment through our secure Peach Payments checkout — funds are held in escrow until check-in.
Pay securely — funds held in escrow
MangoGroove uses escrow payments: your money is held securely until you've checked in and your stay is confirmed. You're protected against owner cancellations.
On payment, you receive a MangoGroove guest certificate as your official booking confirmation. If the owner cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund.
Check in and enjoy
Arrive at the resort with your MangoGroove certificate. Check in directly at reception just like any other guest — no awkward third-party arrangements.
Our support team is available before and during your stay. After check-in is confirmed, the owner receives their payout within 3 business days.
For Owners — How to List and Earn
Turn unused weeks into rental income. MangoGroove handles enquiries, bookings, and payments — you just confirm the booking and collect your payout.
Register as an owner
Tell us about your resort, unit type, week number(s), and availability timing. Registration takes under 5 minutes.
Upload proof of ownership
We verify every owner before listing weeks. Upload your deed, levy statement, or club certificate — our team reviews it within 2 business days.
List your week
Once verified, publish your week with your asking price. You set the price — MangoGroove deducts a 12% platform fee from the final booking amount.
Respond to booking requests
When a renter submits a request, you have 48 hours to accept or decline. Accept and MangoGroove handles the rest — payment, certificate, and guest communication.
Receive your payout
After the guest checks in, funds are released from escrow and paid to your bank account within 3 business days. No chasing renters, no awkward cash exchanges.
